We collect the following categories of personal information: Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, business name and address when you register or contact us. Payment Data: Billing name, billing address, and card/payment identifiers. Full card numbers are processed and stored by our PCI-DSS certified payment processors — we never store raw card data ourselves. Business Operational Data: Menu items, orders, table assignments, transactions, inventory entries, and staff records that you create within the platform. This data belongs to you. Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, feature usage, and error logs — collected to operate, secure, and improve our platform. Communications: Any messages, emails, or support tickets you send us.
