We want you to be completely satisfied with SwadSync. Here's exactly how our refund process works.
Eligible for Refund
- Your subscription was charged but you were unable to access the platform due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- You were charged twice (duplicate billing) for the same subscription period.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You simply changed your mind about using SwadSync after using the platform.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date (beyond the 3-day grace period).
- You cancelled mid-month on a monthly plan (access continues until the end of the billing period).
- Charges for add-on services, hardware, or third-party integrations are not covered under this policy.
- Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
1Overview
Our refund policy applies from the start of your paid subscription as described below.
2Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
3How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team at support@moderntechcreations.com within the eligible timeframe. Please include: • Your registered email address • Your account name / business name • The charge date and amount • A brief description of the reason for your request We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4Setup Fees & Professional Services
Any one-time setup fees, onboarding packages, or professional services fees are non-refundable once the services have been delivered or initiated. If SwadSync fails to deliver a paid professional service as agreed, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster and more effectively through direct communication. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account termination.
6Changes to This Policy
SwadSync reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy that was in effect at the time of the original charge.
